Sourcing From Local Farms: Our Story
Every dish we serve starts hours before the first guest arrives — at dawn, at a farm, or at a market stall. We work exclusively with a network of small-scale farmers and fishermen across Greater Accra, the Volta Region, and the Eastern Region. Our vegetables come from a women-led cooperative in Aburi. Our seafood is delivered every Tuesday and Friday from a family-run boat in Elmina. Our palm oil, cassava, and yam come from farms we have visited personally and whose owners we know by name. Why does this matter? Because ingredients at their peak need very little to taste extraordinary. And because every cedi we spend goes directly back into communities that deserve it. When you book us, you are not just paying for a meal — you are supporting a whole ecosystem of local producers.
