Holiday Spice Box: Behind the Flavours

Our Holiday Spice Box drops once a year, and the flavours in it never repeat. This year's edition is our most ambitious yet — four festive flavours, each tested for weeks in our flavour lab, each with a story behind it. Pre-orders are open now, and the box will only be made once, so here is what is inside before the batch sells out.

## This Year's Lineup

- **Baobab-Cinnamon** — roasted baobab powder with a warm cinnamon-cream base, inspired by breakfast bowls in Tamale

- **Mulled Wine (non-alcoholic)** — hibiscus, orange peel, clove, and star anise, served frozen and surprisingly adult

- **Peppermint Mocha** — our single-farm dairy cream swirled with dark chocolate and fresh peppermint

- **Ginger-Orange** — sharp fresh ginger and whole-peel oranges, the most refreshing of the four
