Rules & Format for Our 7v7 Soccer League

Our 7-a-side soccer league uses a streamlined format designed for fast, high-scoring games. Matches are 50 minutes total, split into two 25-minute halves with a 5-minute break at halftime. No offside rule keeps the game flowing and rewards attacking play, but we enforce standard fouls and card rules to maintain a competitive and respectful environment. Each team can carry up to ten players on the roster with unlimited substitutions, so everyone gets meaningful minutes. Group play runs over eight weeks, followed by a knockout finals night that always produces one or two unforgettable moments.
