Our layers are housed in open, deep-litter pens and fed a maize and soya ration milled on the farm. Eggs are collected at 7am and again at 4pm, candled, graded by weight and crated the same day — nothing sits in storage.

Sold by the crate of 30 or as individual eggs, so a household can pick up half a dozen while a restaurant takes ten crates off the same stock. Grade by size below: medium, large or jumbo.
