Discovery Call
A quick introductory call between Spayces and the individual or business. Aimed at fully understanding the business, what they do and how they intend to use the Spayces business management application.
Design/Setup Phase
With information gathered from the discovery call at this phase we begin the account setup. Ensuring that all discussed details and customizations have been completed and or added.
Close out Call
A call with the individual/business to overview the completed setup, make the necessary adjustments and hand over the account fully to the business/individual
