Full Description
From our small herd of crossbreed cows, milked at dawn and again at dusk. The milk is filtered, chilled within the hour and bottled without additives.
Because it is unhomogenised, cream rises to the top — shake before use. Keep refrigerated and use within four days of collection; every bottle is tracked against its collection batch so we always sell the oldest stock first.
