Nothing on this farm goes to waste. Poultry litter, spent greenhouse vines and pond sludge are windrowed, turned for twelve weeks until they stop heating, then screened.
The result is a stable, odourless compost you can dig straight into a bed or ring around a tree. One 50kg bag covers roughly ten square metres of vegetable bed.
