Cut green from the plot behind the ponds and left to ripen on the rack, so you can buy them green for kelewele and ampesi or yellow for kelewele and fried plantain.
A bunch runs to about twelve fingers. Take the whole bunch, or just the four fingers you need for tonight — the system keeps track of the part-bunch either way.
